Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of CementQuote, operated by CementQuote Software. By using the service you agree to them.

License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use CementQuote for your concrete business while your subscription is active.

Do not misuse the service, attempt to breach its security, or use it to send unlawful or unsolicited messages.

You own the customer data you enter. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

We aim for high availability but provide the service on a best-effort basis with no uptime SLA in this version.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Please contact us first to resolve any dispute.
